Jameis Winston reportedly showing off impressive work ethic
With many questions surrounding his career before it gets started, Buccaneers quarterback Jameis Winston has been surprising everyone with his work ethic.
There’s no doubt Jameis Winston has the talent to succeed at the NFL level.
Whether or not he has the brain and the smarts to stay focused on football and out of trouble is another question.
Thus far however, Winston has been surprising many with his strong work ethic for the Buccaneers. Winston has been 100% committed to his craft and many are impressed with the young man so far.
In fact the biggest problem that the Buccaneers are having with Winston so far is telling him he has to leave the facility.
Winston wanting to put his best foot forward and prepare for life in the NFL has been so committed to being great, that he spends almost all day at the Tampa Bay facility.
His head coach, Lovie Smith, has been pleased with the work that Winston is putting in.
"“For him, there’s been a lot of individual work, but having a chance this week to go against our best defense and things like that [has been good],” Smith said. “We have a long ways to go. But we like where he is right now.”"
For Winston it’s great to see that he’s focused on proving many wrong and showing that he will do what it takes to be successful in this league.
There has been a laundry list of players before him that have had talent, only to see it go to waste because of incidents off the field and personal demons.
Jameis Winston had one of the most remarkable college seasons in 2013. The 2014 season presented him with some adversity and now he faces the biggest adversity when he takes on the pressures of the National Football League.
As it stands now, Winston looks like he is ready to take on whatever comes his way.
