Cleveland Cavaliers fan gets ‘NBA Finals Champs’ tattoo (Photo)

The Cleveland Cavaliers are in the NBA Finals, but one fan is already predicting a series win — with a tattoo.
Fans getting tattoos of the accomplishments isn’t really all that common. It’s the MENSA members who get tattoos of the accomplishments their teams have yet to actually accomplish that happen to be more common and it seems we see one pop up every week.
Naturally, ahead of the NBA Finals starting, we have our latest adventure into the world of the yet-to-be accomplished accomplishments being celebrated. A Cleveland Cavaliers fan has gone ahead and predicted the future by getting a tattoo celebrated the 2015 NBA Finals win by his team.
While it’s noteworthy that he got this tattoo, it also loses a ton of value thanks to getting it a week before the NBA Finals tip off. If we want crazy fans getting tattoos, we want them to be the brand of crazy that makes them get tattoos before the season starts.
Plus, let’s not skate over the fact that the odds are against the Cavaliers winning the NBA Finals this year, despite getting there.
That’s a bit hasty, but to be fair it’s the first time the team and it’s fan base has gotten this close to actually winning the NBA Finals. You can compare this team to the 2007 roster that made the NBA Finals but good luck making the argument they’re similar.
This Cavaliers team is so much better than the team from 2007 that trying to compare the two is like asking whether you like the taste of oranges better than the taste of chocolate milk — they’re not even close to being the same thing.
