If you spend any real time on Twitter, you have gotten into a tweet battle with somebody salting your game. On Wednesday, and then Thursday, New York Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie and former NFL tight end Kellen Winslow Jr. got AFTER IT on Twitter in an all-time brawl.

It started out with Cromartie playing the role of beat writer and asking fellow Jets corner Dee Milliner about his feelings on being on the roster bubble, per the team’s official Twitter site.

This was somewhat of a cheap shot at Milliner, who has struggled in the NFL since being a first-round pick in 2013. Enter Winslow Jr., who finished up his middling career in 2013 with New York, making him a former teammate of Milliner. Winslow took aim at Cromartie, taking some shots at his toughness.

This looked like it was the end of this mini-argument. No harm, no foul, right? Nope. Cromartie saw the tweets and decided to bring an AK-47 to a Super Soaker fight…

The Target reference was about Winslow, who was accused of masturbating in a Target parking lot back in Nov. 2013, per CBSSports.com. You read that sentence correctly. Winslow was arrested for possession of synthetic marijuana during the incident, which including a police report stating the tight end has two open containers of Vaseline along with empty containers of Funky Monkey and empty bags of Mr. Happy.

Winslow, clearly enraged, wanted to actually fight Cromartie.

It appears this is the end of the argument. But wait! Not quite. Winslow drops the epic hammer.

This is fantastic. The tweet is in reference to this video:

We are just going to slowly back away…
