The NBA Finals have already been marred by injury and Cavaliers fans got a big scare when LeBron James sliced his head open on a camera.

When the Cleveland Cavaliers lost Kyrie Irving for the rest of the NBA Finals, the last thing they needed was another injury. That injury seemed like it might cripple the Cavaliers, but instead they responded by winning two straight games and taking a lead in the series.

But there are still a lot of things that can go wrong for the Cavaliers, and the biggest thing is LeBron James getting injured.

While he likes to play up every nick and scrape he gets, LeBron James went down hard and didn’t get back up late in the second quarter of Game 4. After getting fouled by Andrew Bogut, LeBron James stumbled head first into the cameramen along the baseline and gashed his head open in the fall.

It was a nasty fall that silenced Quicken Loans Arena with fear.

Thankfully, LeBron James was alright and miraculously didn’t leave the game. He stayed in and attempted two free throws and received further medical attention after a timeout.

LeBron James getting injured is the absolute last thing the Cavaliers need, and this is as big a scare fans can probably handle.
