NBA Finals 2015, Cavaliers vs. Warriors Game 4: Recap and highlights (Video)
By Josh Hill
The Cavaliers vs. Warriors NBA Finals series is wildly fascinating to watch, and things got real in Game 4.
After three games in the NBA Finals, fans all across the sport experienced a mix of emotions that continues to change with each passing day. When Kyrie Irving was lost in Game 1, it looked like the series was over and Cleveland had been dealt a blow they couldn’t come back from.
That couldn’t have been further from the truth, as the Cavaliers proceeded to deal the Warriors back-to-back losses to take a 2-1 series lead. But the Warriors hadn’t lost three straight games all season long and they weren’t about to start that trend in the NBA Finals.
It was still a hard fought game — mostly — as the Cavaliers started strong but failed to finish.
Right off the bat, LeBron James fed off the swagger he was feeling from Game 3 and was straight clowning the Warriors in the first quarter.
Things got scary in the second quarter though when LeBron James went down hard after being fouled by Andrew Bogut and gashed his head open on a camera.
LeBron James wasn’t taken out of the game after this tumble, despite the fact that the dents in his head were clearly visible and his head was bleeding. Instead, he stayed in the game and tried to keep the Cavaliers in it as long as he could.
At the end of the day, it was Golden State’s game to lose as they made adjustments — like putting in David Lee — and fed off of a great game by Andre Iguodala.

https://vine.co/v/eOxJIYhUg57 Iguodala was so hot in Game 4 that he even mocked LeBron James for what he believed was faking injuries.
It’s not often that LeBron James gets outplayed, but that’s what the Warriors collectively accomplished on Thursday night in a landslide win.

This series has been a series of runs, and it’s all about who ends up on the right side of those. That seems like simple basketball math, but it’s been hard to figure out the equation to win this series out of just saying you need to go on a run.
