SG/SF. Kansas. Kelly Oubre. 12. player. 118.
Kelly Oubre showed flashes of brilliance at Kansas, but couldn’t put it together consistently. This was part of the reason that Kansas lost to Wichita State in the NCAA Tournament, but shouldn’t be too much of a red flag moving forward. NBA teams have to remember that Oubre is still young and his talent is kind of raw. But he does have a tremendous upside and shouldn’t fall too low in the draft.

The Utah Jazz need someone who can take some of the scoring load off of Gordon Hayward and eventually replace Dante Exum in the starting lineup. If Oubre pans out to what I believe he can be, there is no reason to think he won’t be successful with the Jazz.
