SF. Arizona. Rondae Hollis-Jefferson. 14. player. 149.
Out of all the guards and forwards in the draft this year, Rondae Hollis-Jefferson has the worst jump shot of them all. His awkward flicking motion with his left hand causes more bricks than makes and he will need some serious adjustments to his footwork if he wants to be able to shoot the ball at the next level.

With that being said, he is still one of the most athletically gifted forwards the draft has to offer. If he could shoot decently, well, he would be a top-five pick easily. If he could shoot like Devin Booker he might even be the No. 1 overall pick. But that ship has sailed and he will probably fall lower because of this fatal flaw.

However, the Thunder are in need of someone who can help them win now. With Kevin Durant returning and excitement starting to surface in Oklahoma City, they are going to need someone who can defend and help fill a role on their team. Rondae could be that guy and so much more, just as long as that role isn’t spot-up shooting.
