FanDuel Picks For June 21

More from Fantasy

Welcome back to the best place to get fantasy sports advice across multiple sports. Today I am going to give you my best picks and choices for your FanDuel lineups that I can. My advice is based purely on mathematical and statistical analysis and I try to avoid using player biases and so forth.

NOTE: these picks are based solely on statistics. Some players have never faced their opponents, or have very little experience against them. I am not saying that none of those are good picks. This is based on statistical analysis only. If you have a gut feeling, then by all means, follow that. This is not an exact science.

Here are my FanDuel Picks for June 21:

Next: FanDuel Pitcher Options

Jun 9, 2015; Detroit, MI, USA; Detroit Tigers starting pitcher Anibal Sanchez (19) pitches in the first inning against the Chicago Cubs at Comerica Park. Mandatory Credit: Rick Osentoski-USA TODAY Sports

Pitchers:

Anibal Sanchez, Tigers ($8,600): Sanchez is one of the hottest pitchers available for tomorrow’s 1:05 games. He has scored over 14 points in three of his last four outings. He is a pretty safe bet and has a good chance of bringing us over 18 fantasy points as he has in his last two games.

Charlie Morton, Pirates ($7,900): Morton is a nice less expensive option and will allow you the flexibility to go a little bigger on your hitters. He is also playing for one of the hotter teams in all of baseball right now and that is always key for me in daily fantasy leagues. Morton has scored over 14 points in his last two games and over 12 in four of his last five.

Next: FanDuel Infield Hitter Options

Jun 9, 2015; Toronto, Ontario, CAN; Toronto Blue Jays designated hitter Edwin Encarnacion (10) hits a walk off two run home run during the ninth inning against the Miami Marlins at Rogers Centre. The Blue Jays won 4-3. Mandatory Credit: Nick Turchiaro-USA TODAY Sports

  • Edwin Encarnacion, Blue Jays ($4,000): Encarnacion comes in to the games tomorrow batting a mediocre. 240 but with 13 HRs and 40 RBI. However, he has a solid .302 average against Chris Tillman with two HRs and 3 RBI. He is a pretty solid option for us at 1B.

Josh Harrison, Pirates ($3,500): Harrison is playing great. Up until the 20th he was riding a nice little nine-game hitting streak. He has also hit very well against Gio Gonzalez going 5/9 with two HR and five RBI. At this price he is a good option at the hot corner.

    Next: FanDuel Outfield Hitter Options

Jun 6, 2015; Denver, CO, USA; Colorado Rockies right fielder Carlos Gonzalez (5) runs to first base on a single during the sixth inning against the Miami Marlins at Coors Field. Mandatory Credit: Chris Humphreys-USA TODAY Sports

    Outfield Hitter Options:

    More from Fantasy

Yasiel Puig, Dodgers ($3,800): Puig comes to us at a very cheap price for today’s slate of games. At this price he offers up a ton of upside. Puig has also hit very well against Tim Lincecum  going 10/17 against him. He has never hit a HR against Lincy, but I am hoping he will change all of that.

Carlos Gonzalez, Rockies ($4,000): CarGo is our other outfield hitter option. He is playing pretty well this season despite a mediocre .239 batting average. He has 10 HRs on the season with 27 RBI. He has a solid .267 average against Matt Garza and has hit three HRs against him. He is a little bit pricey, but I still like him especially since the Rockies are at home.

As always we thank you for stopping by and wish all of you FanDuelers the best of luck.
