George Karl, DeMarcus Cousins Find A Way To Get Along

This is the most unlikely of the possible outcomes for the Kings, but it’s still an outcome. While there is tension at the moment between the Kings, Cousins and Karl, there could be room to fix things and there might be a happy ending to this story after all.

What the Kings need to do is make sure Cousins knows that he has control over the team the same way other stars have control over their teams. He’s not LeBron James, but he’s the superstar face of the franchise for the Kings and he needs to feel that love from the front office.

The sketchy part of that is Karl’s control over the team not getting stepped on by Cousins. That’s where this might not be an amicable situation as Karl wants to run the team, Cousins wants to have control over the team and the front office needs to take a side. If Karl and Cousins can form a partnership, then that’s going to be the best possible outcome for the Kings.

It’s also the least likely.
