<p>Last season was an utter disappointment for the Phoenix Suns, but there is hope for the future that the right pieces can be added to get the team back to where it needs to be. That could all start with drafting a backup center like Myles Turner who can come off the bench and develop into an eventual starter for the Suns.</p>
<p>Turner isn’t as NBA-ready as some of the other centers in the draft, which is why he’s going to slip if GMs have truly done their homework. But that’s not an indictment on his upside, as it’s still there and the Suns would be getting a steal if he falls here.</p>
<p>If it’s immediate impact the Suns want, Turner isn’t the best option but if they want long term stability at the five, then they should look in his direction.</p>. PF. Texas. Myles Turner
