Latvia. Kristaps Porzingas. 2. player. 20. <p>Many are saying that the draft begins at No. 2 overall and the Lakers, but the pressure is on L.A. as much as it’s on the Wolves to not mess things up. Los Angeles needs <em>a lot</em>, but the upside on Porzingas is almost too much to pass up on at this time.</p> <p>International prospects are tricky, but the Lakers are a few years away from winning and Porzingas happens to be a few years away from being a true threat at the NBA level.</p> <p>Those two factors align to give the Lakers a great steal at No. 2 overall and perhaps trade bait to move Porzingas to someone like the Knicks or Kings who have other assets to offer plus someone like Justise Winslow or D’Angelo Russell.</p>.
