player. 93. <p> </p> <p>The Philadelphia are rumored to be moving up in the NBA Draft, despite having the No. 3 overall pick, to ensure they don’t miss on D’Angelo Russell. There is absolutely <em>no way</em> he gets past them here if he slips past the Wolves and Lakers.</p> <p>It’s really hard to get excited about the 76ers though, as they seem to live for starting over. They drafted Michael Carter-Williams but decided they wanted someone else after just a year. They have Nerlens Noel but drafted Joel Embiid — someone they may  not hang onto much longer if he can’t get healthy. Philly is in trouble, and Sam Hinke needs to prove with this draft that he’s not incompetent when it comes to building a team and sticking to it.</p>. PG. Ohio State. D'Angelo Russell. 3
