Jahlil Okafor was the No. 3 overall pick in the NBA Draft, and the guy in Philly who plays his position is not all that pleased.

The Philadelphia 76ers are a dumpster fire of a franchise, especially when it comes to drafting players they hope pan out but have little faith in. It’s not that the players they take are bad, it’s just that they can’t really seem to nail anything even if they try.

Joel Embiid was one of the riskiest picks they’ve selected in a while and so far it hasn’t paid off. He missed all of the 2014-15 season and will likely miss all of next season as well. This has prompted the Knicks to take Embiid’s possible replacement with the No. 3 overall pick.

After the Sixers drafted Jahlil Okafor with the No. 3 overall pick, Embiid took to twitter to react to a guy being brought in to take his job.

Embiid is always interesting on Twitter, but now the most interesting thing about him is what his future will be.

The Sixers now have three big men to deal with, and Nerlens Noel probably isn’t going anywhere. If someone moves, it’s going to be Embiid. The upside is there, but he has barely played at the NBA level and his injuries continue to pile up and be a problem.

You can’t blame the Sixers for drafting Okafor, and things are going to get very interesting in Philly this summer.
