Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant urged Mavericks fans to recruit free agents DeAndre Jordan and LaMarcus Aldridge.

The Dallas Mavericks are once again looking to be big players in free agency this summer and are coveting big names like Los Angeles Clippers center DeAndre Jordan and Portland Trail Blazers forward LaMarcus Aldridge.

There was also a report that Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant will be helping the Mavericks recruit big name players to town this summer as well. And just after those reports Bryant got to work, telling a crowd at Dirk Nowitzki’s charity “Heroes” baseball game to reach out to Jordan and Aldridge on social media, encouraging them to sign with the Mavericks.

Of course Jordan is a center, the same position as fan-favorite Tyson Chandler, who could once again be headed out after a single season in Dallas. To make things an even bit more awkward, Chandler was present at the game and for Bryant’s pleas as well.
