Fiiiiiiiiiiight!
In the biggest hip hop-related feud this side of Biggie and Tupac, PGA Tour golfers Will Wilcox and Brendan Steele went back and forth on Twitter recently. It all stemmed from Wilcox bumping Drake on the range at last week’s Travelers Championship, and the fallout was nothing short of gruesome.
Those who are faint of heart, now is the time to turn away.
@Brendan_Steele hey dog sorry for upsetting u with that Drake on the range last week #whatisthismiddleschool

Scorched-earth hashtag game right there. Little-known fact: the hashtag #whatisthismiddleschool is the Twitterati equivalent to the shot heard round the world.
If you thought Brendan Steele was going to take that one lying down, then you sorely misjudged one of the toughest alloys around.
Steele tried the one-hitter quitter, but nobody puts Wilcox in the corner.
@Brendan_Steele couldve asked me to turn it off an wouldve done so happily

@Brendan_Steele was more referring to the tattle tale approach u took

Thankfully, Steele never fired back. Last thing the world needs these days is more blood on the links. Let’s just hope these two get some time to air out before the next time they share a fairway. Else we might see something like this brutality.

Side note: What kind of Drake are we talking here? Because if Wilcox was bumping Tuscan Leather or Pound Cake, then Steele just needs to chill and enjoy the ride. Bench players talking like they’re starters …
