3. Sign DeAndre Jordan or a Big Man Like Him

If you want a big man to anchor your frontcourt for years to come, then look no further than the very same locker room you play in. The Clippers are having a hard time bringing back DeAndre Jordan, and while the Mavericks are in serious play for him, the Lakers could jump in and win him over.

The best years that Kobe had in L.A. were with Shaq, so why not get a guy who could develop to that level? Of course, Kobe doesn’t factor into this equation, but you can still take the same formula of Kobe-Shaq and apply it to D’Angelo and DeAndre.

That dynamic duo markets itself, and it could be a tandem that turns the Lakers around quicker than we all thought.

When you factor Julius Randle into the mix, all of a sudden the Lakers have a Big 3 that might not only start winning games but be a core that free agents want to play around and be a part of.
