25. Kevin Garnett, PF

Free Agent Status: Unrestricted
Best Fits: Timberwolves

If Kevin Garnett leaves the Timberwolves for a second time, there’s no coming back. Considering that he wants a future in the front office and has talked about owning the team, KG is going to stick around. The Wolves aren’t an eye sore anymore and have a future with young players. Garnett mentoring Karl-Anthony Towns is going to be ridiculous and will be well worth another season with Garnett in the NBA.

24. Kevin Saraphin, PF/C

Free Agent Status: Unrestricted
Best Fits: Thunder, Clippers

Some people are high on Saraphin, others think he’s washed up and done. He could be worth a mid-level contract but he’s going to have to land with the right team. The Clippers need a ton of help after swinging and missing so badly in free agency, but the Thunder might want to consider this move to strength their bench and front court.

23. Norris Cole, PG

Free Agent Status: Unrestricted
Best Fits: Knicks, Nuggets

He looked decent for a while with the Heat, but things have changed for Norris Cole and he’ll be looking for a place to revive his career. The Knicks need a guy with a flat top after trading Iman Shumpert, and Cole isn’t the worst option to pair with Jerian Grant on the roster.

22. Matthew Dellavedova, PG

Free Agent Status: Restricted
Best Fits: Cavaliers

Delly isn’t going anywhere. If he was going to get a ridiculous deal based on his postseason popularity, it would have happened by now. The Cavaliers are going to re-sign him in the near future and he’s going to get a nice pay raise thanks to how much everyone in Cleveland seems to love him.

21. Austin Rivers, PG

Free Agent Status: Unrestricted
Best Fits: Clippers, Heat, Mavericks

Most of the teams who want Austin Rivers or could use him are scarce on money. The Mavericks are the hands down perfect fit for Rivers, but they’re tapped out after bringing in Brendan Wright and DeAndre Jordan. The Heat might make an interesting home for him but the Clippers are really the only place for him.

20. Mirza Teletovic, PF

Free Agent Status: Restricted
Best Fits: Trail Blazers, Celtics

Here’s another free agent who is going to be hurt by his restricted status, as Teletovic is going to be stuck. If the Blazers want to throw some money at Teletovic, that could be a great fit for them in trying to replace LaMarcus Aldridge. Ditto for the Boston Celtics, who have been quiet on the free agent front and could get sneaky in signing Teletovic this summer.
