Buffalo Bills

Marcell Dareus is changing from a defensive tackle to an end this season in Rex Ryan’s 3-4 scheme, but the Bills’ behemoth is still going to be devastating. Last year, Dareus amassed a ridiculous 10 sacks for an interior lineman. On most passing plays, Dareus draws a double-team and still produces at an elite rate.

With Dareus up front, he allows the men around him such as Jerry Hughes and Mario Williams to get one-on-one matchups outside. Buffalo would have a good defense without Dareus, but they have a great one with him. The former Alabama Crimson Tide star is only 25 years old and promises to get better in 2015.

Honorable mention: Mario Williams, LeSean McCoy

New England Patriots

This is really a choice between Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski, and we are going with Brady. While Gronkowski is the best tight end in football by a mile, and Brady is no longer the best quarterback in the game, he might go down as the greatest to ever play along with Joe Montana and Johnny Unitas.

Brady led New England to its fourth Super Bowl in 2014, coming back from a 10-point deficit in the fourth quarter against the Seattle Seahawks and the famed Legion of Boom. After throwing for 4,109 yards and 31 touchdowns last year, there is no reason to doubt the 38-year-old despite his four-game suspension for his role in DeflateGate.  If anything, it will likely motivate him.
