The Milwaukee Bucks are one of the most exciting young teams in the league, with Giannis Antetokounmpo and Jabari Parker leading the charge along with Khris Middleton, Michael Carter-Williams, and now, Greg Monroe.
But with the Bradley Center out of date, and the team badly in need of a new arena, there were concerns that they might not be in Milwaukee for much longer. Remember this?
"The NBA has set a deadline of the fall of 2017 for the Bucks to be in a new arena. If that does not occur, the league could buy the team for $575 million and move the franchise elsewhere."
In order to be in that new arena by 2017, it meant the Bucks and the city of Milwaukee had to get a deal and a plan in place by this year in order to finish construction on time. And with the public souring on paying for a new arena, there were very real concerns that the deal would not pass, leaving the Bucks in a precarious position.
Tomorrow, the long awaited vote on the proposal is set to happen, but reports coming out tonight say that the deal will in fact pass.
BREAKING: Senator Lena Taylor says a deal is done. The Bucks Arena plan will pass state senate tomorrow.

Which means…
(It’s very likely) THE BUCKS WILL GET A NEW ARENA, AND THE BUCKS WILL STAY IN MILWAUKEE.
IT’S LIT.
