Paul Dunne’s Wikipedia page has been hilariously altered (Photo)

Paul Dunne is a rising star at the Open Championship, and he’s already getting his Wikipedia page altered like a true champion. 

One of the biggest names to come out of the weekend at St. Andrews was that of Irish amateur Paul Dunne. He’s a former UAB legend who is starting to emerge as a rival for Jordan Spieth at just the age of 21. Spieth too is just 21-years old, and their head-to-head atop the leaderboard at the Open Championship has been wondrous to watch.

Spieth is an established legend, but it’s Dunne a lot of us are watching for the first time dominate in his own way.

After his meteoric rise to the top of the leaderboard at the British Open, someone went in and edited Paul Dunne’s Wikipedia page to reveal him as not a human being but a golf machine hellbent on ruling the world.

Dunne has indeed looked more machine than man at the Open so far on Sunday.

I’m not saying this is a precursor to The Matrix, but Jordan Spieth needs to play Neo to Dunne’s Agent Smith.

Then again, the Dunne-Spieth battle in the third round of the British Open has been utterly fantastic to watch, and it has us all excited for what Monday’s final round holds.
