Welcome back to the best place to get fantasy sports advice across multiple sports. Today I am going to give you my best picks and choices for your FanDuel lineups that I can. My advice is based purely on mathematical and statistical analysis and I try to avoid using player biases and so forth.
NOTE: these FanDuel picks are based solely on statistics. Some players have never faced their opponents, or have very little experience against them. I am not saying that none of those are good picks. This is based on statistical analysis only. If you have a gut feeling, then by all means, follow that. This is not an exact science.
Here are my FanDuel picks for July 20:
Next: FanDuel Pitcher Options
Jul 12, 2015; Seattle, WA, USA; Los Angeles Angels pitcher Andrew Heaney (28) throws a pitch in the first inning against the Seattle Mariners at Safeco Field. Mandatory Credit: Jennifer Buchanan-USA TODAY Sports
Pitcher Options:
Andrew Heaney, Angels ($7,000): Heaney has really been pretty solid over his last several starts. I would honestly prefer to have Heaney over anyone pitching for the 7:05 roster tomorrow with the possible exception of Matt Harvey. Heaney has actually averaged more points than even Harvey and should have a solid game.
There really is no other pitcher that I can advise using as a FanDuel pick for the games on the 20th. I mean Matt Harvey is always a good option, but it is pretty easy to say take the most expensive guy on the roster. Now for me I would prefer not to use Harvey because I don’t like the return on investment.

SideLion Report
Brandon Belt, Giants ($2,800): When looking for BVP stats to exploit I found myself coming up a little bit short for the games on the 20th. Then I ran into Belt who has had some pretty decent lines against Ian Kennedy. Kennedy comes into the game with a 4.91 ERA and a loser of his last four games. Belt sports a .323 average against Kennedy with two home runs and four RBI.
Daniel Murphy, Mets ($2,600): Murphy provides a nice, cheap bat and could be a source of two to four fantasy points at a very cheap price. He will not be the guy who wins the big money for you, but he should do his thing while allowing you to afford the big name batter who will win you the big money.
Next: FanDuel Outfield Hitter Options
Jul 17, 2015; San Diego, CA, USA; San Diego Padres right fielder Matt Kemp (right) is congratulated by left fielder Justin Upton (10) after hitting a solo home run during the first inning at Petco Park. Mandatory Credit: Jake Roth-USA TODAY Sports
Outfield Hitter Options:
Matt Kemp, Dodgers ($3,400): Once again when looking for BVP matchups to take advantage of, I was left pretty disappointed. Kemp has a decent track record against Tim Hudson with a .333 average, a home run, and three RBI. The more impressive thing is how Kemp has hit in his last several games. He has been putting up some very nice FanDuel fantasy points over his last eight or nine games and should be solid for us.
Alex Rios, Royals ($2,400): Since the good match-ups were slim to none, I wanted to find a guy who has been playing well, was inexpensive and had a decent BVP matchup. Usually that has proven for a fairly decent formula for daily fantasy success. Rios fits the bill with his price tag and his record against A.J. Burnett. He has went 6/21 which is good for a .286 average with two RBI.
As always we thank you for stopping by and wish you FanDuelers the best of luck!
