Fantasy Football: Top 50 WRs (41-50)

I get a little bit more excited as every week passes and we get closer to the kickoff of the NFL season and fantasy football season gets even closer. The NFL has done a great job of keeping itself in the mainstream news all year long and so a good fantasy football player will spend as much time as possible in order to have the most information possible heading into the 2015 NFL season.

With all of that mentioned I will be kicking off a week-long series of posts that is going to be an in-depth look at my top 50 WRs for fantasy football leagues. We will start with the #41-50 and work our way towards the top ten. This is not likely to be my final list as information is certain to change and camp battles are won or lost and young players work their way into the starting lineup. With fantasy football the information can change literally as fast as these posts go live so always stay tuned to Fantasy CPR for all the latest fantasy spin on the breaking news from the NFL world.

50. Charles Johnson: Johnson has the tools and the talents to be a player who works his way up towards the top of this list. He has everything you would need as a NFL wideout and stands to really benefit with new OC Norv Turner running the offense in Minnesota. He is a great player to take a flier on in your fantasy football drafts.

49. DeVante Parker: Parker is doing well in his recovery from foot surgery this off-season. Keep an eye on Parker throughout the pre-season as he could easily be a player who moves his way up the board. As of now Parker is a decent flier for your fantasy football league with loads of talent.

48. Kenny Stills: I was a lot more excited about DeVante Parker before Stills arrived on the scene in Miami. Stills was a great fit in the Saints offense and I am kind of surprised the dealt the young play-maker. As Ryan Tannehill continues to mature I like Stills’ prospects for the 2015 fantasy football season.

47. Michael Floyd: As is the norm with most guys, all of the buzz on Floyd right now is very positive. The Cardinals could just be doing some P.R. work in order to mend fences after they made it known he was on the block.

46. Pierre Garcon: Garcon has lost a lot of his fantasy luster heading into the 2015 fantasy football season. Of course after catching only 68 passes last year it makes sense. The Redskins’ coaching staff is making it known that they have plans to feature Garcon much more prominently in 2015 so it stands to reason he would be a good flier in your drafts.

45. Anquan Boldin: Boldin has never been a player that excites me in fantasy football, but he has had some decent seasons. With a new offensive coordinator in town and a new team-mate on the opposite side of the field he could have a fantasy worthy season in 2015.

  • 44. Breshad Perriman: Perriman comes into the 2015 season looking to put his case of dropsies at Central Florida behind him. Besides Amari Cooper, he is one of the more exciting rookies coming into the season. Most fantasy football players love rookies, so I will probably let someone else draft Perriman.

    43. Devante Adams: Adams is one of the young guys who I could see easily climbing up to the top of this list sooner than later. In the dynamic offense of the Packers, Adams could really wind up being a steal at this part of your draft.

    42. Kendall Wright: Wright is most likely going to be much better than the 42nd WR or much worse. For Wright it will likely depend on how quickly Marcus Mariota transitions his game to the NFL. He will likely be a much better PPR player than standard league player.

    41. Nelson Agholor: Agholor has at least one thing going for him even if there is nothing else, he is in the Chip Kelly offense. There are lots of NFL folks speculating the Agholor will be in immediate impact player and the way Chip Kelly runs his offense, they could be correct. He is a guy that I will target in my fantasy football drafts.
