20. Jeremy Maclin: Maclin was always a favorite in Andy Reid‘s offenses in Philadelphia. I believe that he will most likely emerge as a favorite in Kansas City as well as one of the more reliable wide receivers in Kansas City. He certainly has the talent and should be solid all season for Alex Smith.
19. Vincent Jackson: Vincent Jackson is a WR with all the talent and not a very good quarterback for the past few years. He is still one of the faster WRs and if he has a QB that can get him the ball he should be able to excel and be a fantasy difference maker for owners this fall.
18. Keenan Allen: Allen is primed to have a rebound season this year. He is one of Philip Rivers’ favorite targets and should be on target to perform as a top 20 WR. I expect Rivers to look to Allen early and often.
17. Kelvin Benjamin: Benjamin had a pretty good season last year even with Cam Newton hurt and limping along most of last season. I am pretty excited to see what he will do with a now healthy Cam Newton under center and a whole off-season to grow and develop chemistry. Benjamin is a guy I will be looking to draft on all of my fantasy football teams this fall.
16. Brandin Cooks: Cooks very well could be another guy who is primed to move his way up to the top of this list. He will likely be Drew Brees top and favorite target especially with the departure of Jimmy Graham. Cooks has all the talent and tools of a top 5 fantasy wide receiver.
15. DeAndre Hopkins: Hopkins enters the season with a lot of questions at the QB position. He has pretty much proven that talent is not a question mark for him. We may not know what will happen at the QB position for him, but what we do know is with the departure of Andre Johnson the WR1 spot in Houston will be his and his alone and he should be a target monster.
14. Randall Cobb: A lot of guys are higher on Cobb than I am, but I think that Jordy Nelson is still the top guy to own in Green Bay. With the maturity of Eddie Lacy I am expecting a tiny bit more balanced of an attack where these guys like Cobb may see a slight decline in targets. Don’t get me wrong I still expect the Packers to be a predominantly passing offense, but I expect them to have some leads and nurse them with the big man Lacy.
13. Emmanuel Sanders: Sanders will not be able to help but have a great year this season. With Peyton Manning under center and calling the shots we know that Sanders will have a top 15 fantasy WR type of season. Draft him with confidence.
12. Julian Edelman: I have two words for you: Tom Brady. Now let me add a few more words for you: Tom Brady is pissed off. I don’t care if he DID deflate those footballs. The fact that it is out there means that Tom Brady will be playing the 2015 season with a big, hairy chip on his shoulder and I believe that Edelman will be a big beneficiary of that chip. He will likely be a top ten guy in PPR leagues.

11.
Mike Evans: Evans took a few weeks to develop last year, but once he broke out he was on fire. There are good things and bad things about his breakout season. First of all not many people remember any wide receivers breaking out last year due to the amazing things that
Odell BeckhamJr. did. So naturally you may be in some leagues where Evans can be snatched up a bit later and still come near producing top ten WR numbers.
