Kyle Busch picked up his third straight win, and fourth in five races as he won the Crown Royal 400 at Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Kyle Busch might be on one of the most incredible streaks in NASCAR history. After missing a majority of the beginning of the season, Busch has bounced back in his efforts to win a Sprint Cup Championship.
Sunday, at the Crown Royal 400, Busch won his fourth win in five races, edging out Joey Logano, who was trying to give his owner Roger Penske his first stock car win at Indianapolis. Once again though, Logano could do nothing but watch Busch run away with the win.
Kevin Harvick looked like he was going to pick up his first win since earlier this year at Phoenix, but it was Busch who made another sweet move off of a restart to pass Harvick and take over the lead for good. While Harvick and Logano might have spots in “The Chase” locked up, Busch does not as he has to be in the top-30 in points. His fourth win has him almost there, and that’s a scary fact as that means Busch won’t be taking it easy on the field anytime soon.
