A look at the schedule the Memphis Grizzlies will be facing during the upcoming 2015-16 NBA season
The 2015-16 NBA season is just a few months away now and it’ll be here before we all know it. To get everyone just a little more hyped about what’s to come, on Wednesday the official schedules for the 2015-16 season were released, and that includes one for a power in the West, the Memphis Grizzlies.
Throughout the course of the past few seasons, the Grizzlies have been a perennial contender in the Western Conference. Their gritty, tough style of play keeps them right there near the top, although they still just can’t seem to get over that playoff hump.
After another successful season last year, the Grizzlies once again made the playoffs. However, they would eventually run into the Golden State Warriors team that, as we all know, would go on to become the 2014-15 NBA Champions. They played the Warriors about as tough as they could in the series, but they just didn’t have enough in the end to put them away.
This season, the crew of Marc Gasol, Zach Randolph, Mike Conley and Co. will be back for what should be yet another run towards the NBA Playoffs. With the core they have returning to the floor, they’ll have their sights locked in on getting to the one place that has alluded them, the NBA Finals.
