Quarterback. Denver Broncos. Peyton Manning. 8. player. 45.
What does Peyton Manning have left to prove? He’s won a Super Bowl, is the NFL’s all-time leader in touchdown passes with 530 and will pass Brett Favre for the leader in yards before he retires, so there’s not much for him left to accomplish.

However, he does need to prove he has another run at a Super Bowl in him before his career is over.

Manning faltered down the stretch last year and looked like a shell of himself, but was that a result of the quad injury he suffered or is he about to experience a steep decline this year? First-year Denver Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak will run a new offense than Manning was accustomed to, so will this old dog be welcome to a few new tricks?

Most important, can Manning prove he is more than just the greatest regular season quarterback of all-time and get a second ring to cement his legacy and leave no doubt about his place in the game?
