NBA: Power ranking the 30 best uniforms of all-time

Phoenix Suns. 3. player. 66. <p>There was a boom in the 90s across sports — mostly basketball and hockey — where simultaneously cartoonish over the top and serious logos were drawn up and used on uniforms.</p> <p>The Suns didn’t go subtle with their uniforms during that period of time, but they managed to find a way to be as understated as possible.</p> <p>The results remain some of the coolest uniforms we’ve seen, both aesthetically and with the history we associate with the team. The Charles Barkley years with the Suns are forever entwined with these jerseys, and while they aren’t a minimalist’s dream come true, they <em>can</em> be considered ahead of their time in being subtle in an era of flashy NBA fashion. </p>
