Chris Johnson is trying to make a comeback in the NFL, and he’s sharing gross pictures of his bullet wound on social media.

There was a time when Chris Johnson was known as the fastest running back in the NFL. He was a 2,000 yard rusher for the Tennessee Titans and was quickly becoming one of the most entertaining players to watch on Sunday.

Then he fell off the face of the Earth and we have seldom heard from him since. The only mention of Johnson has been negative over recent years, from the decline of his game on the field to his troubles away from the game that have made headlines for the wrong reason.

From a contract holdout with the Titans that led to his eventual release to a flame out season with the New York Jets, it was a rough year for the artist formerly known as CJ2K. Then came news that Johnson had been shot following an offseason incident and it seemed like Johnson had bottomed out.

But the running back is looking to get back on his feet and turn things around, and that is starting with accountability for his role in the shooting that left a nasty scar behind.

Johnson is showing the world that wound, posting a photo of the bullet hole in his arm to serve as a reminder to himself and the world that it’s a dangerous place out there when you’re not making good decisions.

A word of caution: the photo is very NSFW and disgusting, so to help you keep your breakfast or lunch down the photo is located on the next page. You’ll thank us later.
