30. Jacksonville Jaguars

The second AFC South team on our list is the Jacksonville Jaguars. The problem with the Jaguars stems from an uncertain situation on the offensive line. Last year, Jacksonville gave up a league-high 71 sacks, with many of those coming when rookie Blake Bortles was under center. Bortles had a rough year, and not surprisingly when you consider that amount of pressure.

Bortles needs to be much better if this offense has any hope of being in the top 20, but for that to happen the line must step up. General manager David Caldwell did make an effort and signed Jermey Parnell to start at right tackle while Stefen Wisniewski came in on a one-year deal to play center. While Wisniewski is a great bet provided his shoulder has recovered from surgery, Parnell has never been more than a backup.

The other question is whether high-priced tight end Julius Thomas can produce like he did with Peyton Manning and the Denver Broncos. Thomas has never had 900 yards in a season but caught 24 touchdowns in 2013 and 2014 combined. Can that happen with the Jaguars? Highly doubtful.
