This little Baltimore Orioles fan threw out the first pitch on Monday and it was just adorable

Throughout every season in Major League Baseball, we see a variety of ceremonial pitches being tossed at ballparks all across the country. Some of them might not mean a whole lot, while others make us belly laugh with how terrible they are (Looking at you, 50 Cent).

However, then we have the ones that not only have all the meaning in the world, but they also tug at those heartstrings just a little bit. Well, you’re about to meet a Baltimore Orioles fan that got to toss out a first pitch on Monday that’s going to latch on to those heartstrings we just talked about.

Little 5-year-old Hailey Dawson was born with Poland Syndrome, unfortunately. Basically, as explained in the beginning of the video, she was born with a palm but no fingers. Well, Hailey is thankfully able to get by with the help of a prosthetic hand, a prosthetic hand that happens to be Orioles-themed.

Well, on Monday night before the Orioles took the field, little Hailey showed off exactly what that hand of hers can do, as she tossed out the first pitch. Not only did she do that, but she even gave Manny Machado a little fist bump action.

Just take a watch for yourself below and try not to smile.

Incredible, and bless her little heart.
