The Washington Redskins might not be very good in 2015, but their dancing game is on point. Defensive lineman Ricky Jean Francois showed off his dancing skills on the practice field in a tweet that the team sent out on Tuesday morning, proving that the big man can move, per Nina Mandell of USA Today.

This is fantastic. I’m not sure what the heck is going on, but I love it. Francois talked about the dance to the Redskins website earlier in the year as well:

"“That’s a Miami dance we’ve been doing for so long, and I’ve seen everyone in the NFL have a signature dance, doing something goofy, and from Miami, we said we always liked that dance, so I said, ‘Let me do something that still show in commercials and everything,’”"

Francois needs to have 15 sacks this year, if for no other reason than this dance coming out. So many of the sack celebrations these days are lame and boring. Guys are not putting any real thought into it. However, the Peanut Butter Jelly dance? Absolutely epic.
