Denver Broncos quarterback Brock Osweiler showed off some impressive arm strength, as he found receiver Andre Caldwell deep for a touchdown against the Houston Texans.

The Denver Broncos have to prepare for life without Peyton Manning, as there is a chance that this year could be it for the legendary quarterback. The guy they have been grooming behind, Brock Osweiler, only really gets his chance to shine in the preseason, so it is his time to shine and show that he can be the next quarterback in line for the Denver Broncos.

He put on an impressive display early against the Houston Texans as he showed off his arm strength. With a clean pocket and all day to throw, Osweiler found receiver Andre Caldwell deep.

Osweiler would put the ball in the right spot as Caldwell caught it in stride and ran in for the touchdown.

The beautiful pass made it look like No. 18 was out there throwing bombs. If you’re the Broncos, this is exactly what you want to see from your young quarterback. Throws like this will help convince the coaching staff that he can be the guy to take over after Manning.

Osweiler is showing that he is learning, and has made some impressive plays thus far this preseason. Manning might be the now in Denver, but they may have their quarterback of the future.

If not, it was at least a pretty sweet pass.
