Joe Buck slams Rams owner for considering leaving St. Louis
By Mike Dyce
Television sports commentator Joe Buck tore into the owner of the St. Louis Rams for considering moving the franchise back to Los Angeles.
While Deflategate has been the talk of the NFL offseason, some franchises considering a relocation to Los Angeles has been a quiet discussion in the background. One of the franchises linked with a move to Los Angeles is the St. Louis Rams, who once resided in Southern California.
That possibility doesn’t sit well with St. Louis residents, and that includes Fox broadcaster Joe Buck, who grew up in the city. Buck went on a Twitter rant aimed at Rams owner Stan Kroenke, who is planning to build a stadium in Inglewood, California.
The San Diego Chargers and the Oakland Raiders are two teams that are also linked to a move to Los Angeles and the NFL will reportedly decide the fates of the three teams before the Super Bowl. Can we just say leave the Rams in St. Louis and move either the Raiders or the Chargers?
The Chargers are already in Southern California and the Raiders have ties to Los Angeles, not to mention the Bay Area also has the San Francisco 49ers.
