Winning the Super Bowl is the one thing that all players in the NFL universally strive for. There are different types of players in the league with different personalities and separate personal goals, but the one thing that every NFL player strives for is to hoist the Lombardi Trophy and become part of football immortality.

Players who have won the Super Bowl instantly become notable faces throughout the league, as you can go from a nobody one second to Malcolm Butler or Dexter Jackson in the blink of an eye. But just because you win the Super Bowl doesn’t mean you’re instantly the most popular player in the league — even if you’re already an elite player.

Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck may not be a Super Bowl winner, but he’s beating out every single player who has won a ring when it comes to who wants to wear his jersey. Not a single active player who has won a Super Bowl ring has a jersey ranked higher than the fifth best selling uniform in the league. To tie it back to Luck, that player at No. 5 if none other than Peyton Manning, who won his last Super Bowl in 2007.

Behind Manning is his nemesis, Tom Brady. Despite being the reigning Super Bowl champion and seeing a spike in local support from Patriots fans over DeflateGate, Brady still only has the sixth best selling uniform in the NFL right now. Russell Wilson rounds out Super Bowl champs in the Top 10 by ranking No. 8 on the list.

Those three players are the only three Super Bowl winning players to have their jerseys rank in the Top 10 of sales. Outside of that, only Rob Gronkowski, Aaron Rodgers and Joe Flacco rank in the Top 20, proving that winning a Super Bowl doesn’t mean universal popularity in the NFL.

So who’s No. 1?

According to DICK’S Jersey Report, Cleveland Browns cornerback Joe Haden has the best selling uniform in the NFL — and we all know how many Super Bowls the Browns have won.

Luck ranks No. 2 on the jersey sale charts, which further proves that while he may not be a Super Bowl winning quarterback right now, he’s clearly the most popular quarterback in the league anyways.
