My selections are tailored toward DraftKings scoring system but these picks can also be helpful in H2H formats with daily rosters where some of my recommended players may be available to pick up off the Waiver Wire. Also, a majority of these selections would also be recommended for FanDuel, but you should first understand the differences between each baseball scoring system before plugging players in both.

Around the Foghorn
2B/OF Ben Zobrist (KC) home at TB (Ramirez) for $4,100: Zobrist has been awesome for the Royals since dealt from the As, hitting .330 with 4 HRs and 13 RBIs in 94 AB. He has also been on fire recently going 6 for 14 with 5 runs scored in his last four and takes a 4 for 9 BVP (with 2 HRs) to the plate tonight vs. Erasmo Ramirez.
1B Jose Abreu (CWS) vs. SEA (Walker) for $4,800: The White Sox star is having a very good in the heart of the Chicago order with 27 HR, 74 R, and 77 RBIs for 8.8 FPPG. He is currently on an 8 game hitting streak and faces Tajuan Walker against whom he went 3 for 5 with a HR in a sole previous appearance.

OF Nelson Cruz (SEA) at CWS (Danks) for $5,600: Cruz is having a monster year for Seattle hitting .321 with 39 HR, 82 RBI, 1.005 OPS and 9.8 PPG in 2015. He is especially hot lately going 5 for 12 with 2 HR in his last three games. He owns a decent 7 for 23 mark with a HR mark in a good R/L matchup with John Danks who has given up 11 ER and 17 H/BB over 12 IP in his last two outings. His high salary will likely result in relatively low ownership, so spend the money here and expect 20+ FP.
OF Dexter Fowler (CHC) at LAD (Kershaw) for $3,500: Fowler (14 HR, 17 SB, 8 FPPG) is having a good season. The switch hitting lead-off man faces tough lefty Clayton Kershaw but has an impressive 425 lifetime batting average (17 for 40) against him. Fowler has been DTD with a bruised hand and shin, but if he starts tonight he’s a great under-the-radar value play tonight for a Cubs team that will likely try to manufacture some runs on the base paths.
