After a scary hit led to Wisconsin‘s Michael Caputo lining up on the wrong side of the field, he would leave the game with a head injury against Alabama.
With Alabama facing Wisconsin, in a battle of giants, there’s bound to be some big hits. The game has delivered on that promise and plus some. Unfortunately for Wisconsin, they lost one of their safeties, Michael Caputo, for the game because of a tackle.
As Caputo went to tackle the beast of the man that is Alabama running back Derrick Henry, Caputo’s helmet connected head-on with Henry’s monstrous legs and as a result knocked him dizzy.
In fact, he got hit in the head so hard that he forgot where he was and lined up with Alabama on the next play.
Seeing the dazed look on Caputo as he was on the wrong side of the field was a scary sight to see. Unfortunately, he would leave the game with a concussion.
It’s for the best that he got off the field so he could go seek immediate attention. Head injuries are nothing to mess around with and the fact that he didn’t know where he was is a clear sign that something was seriously wrong with him.
Hopefully he can rest up and return to Wisconsin in the next couple of weeks.
