A Mississippi State went on a rant for the ages in response to Paul Finebaum not featuring his Ice Bucket Challenge clip on his SEC Network show.

Mississippi State fans have had a lot to cheer about as of late. They spent several weeks atop the AP Top 25 Poll last season and had the honor of being the first team to ever be ranked No. 1 in the College Football Playoff system.  MSU has Heisman hopeful QB Dak Prescott returning for his senior season. The Mississippi State Bulldogs once again find themselves in the AP Top 25, ranked No. 25 when SEC West rival LSU comes to Starkville in a must-see SEC game.

But all is not dandy for one fan, who took exception to Paul Finebaum not using his ALS Ice Bucket challenge as part of his show. Naturally, this fan videotaped a rant aimed at the radio host, and it’s glorious.

Directing his rant towards Paul Finebaum, he points at the camera and says to the fans of the Bayou Bengals, “We are Mississippi State! Fear the bells!”  The fan then proceeds to shake a dual-side cowbell like he surely will at Davis Wade this weekend.

The Mississippi State Bulldogs have made it to five straight bowl games since 2010. The Dan Mullen Era in Starkville has put MSU on the map in the college football landscape. With a Heisman hopeful in Dak Prescott, an outstanding coach in Mullen, and a strong home field advantage at Davis Wade, don’t be surprised if Mississippi State again fights its way into the College Football Playoff discussion this season.

A commanding win over LSU at home in Week 2 would be a great start for the 2015 Mississippi State Bulldogs.
