In a good matchup for Kyle Seager, they’ll take on lefty Martin Perez tonight in Game 3. Seager is 7-17 (.412) against Perez in his career with a pair of home runs and three RBI.
6. Carlos Gonzalez-OF-Colorado Rockies: The Rockies lineup is a source of plenty of fantasy baseball goodness when they’re at home, but they sometimes struggle on the road like the are tonight for the third game of their four-game set in Sen Diego. There are still two Rockies players to consider, though, as they face James Shields. CarGo is 7-16 (.438) in his career against Shields with two doubles, two homers, and three RBI.
5. Xander Bogaerts-SS-Boston Red Sox: Xander Bogaerts has firmly established himself in the middle of the Red Sox lineup where they hope he’ll be productive for years to come. Tonight, he’s a good option against Toronto’s Drew Hutchinson who he is 7-14 (.500) against in his career with a pair of doubles.
4. Josh Donaldson-3B-Toronto Blue Jays: On the other side of that AL East matchup, Josh Donaldson is a solid play as usual as he faces Joe Kelly. Kelly has been rolling lately, but Donaldson is 6-11 (.545) against him in his career.
