Antonio Brown made the catch of the year (Video)

The NFL season has just started and already Antonio Brown has a catch of the year candidate.

We may be less than a quarter into the first game of the new season, but already Antonio Brown is making a case for Catch of the Year.

In the first quarter of the first game of the season, Brown reeled in a doozy of a catch on his back shoulder in absolute blanket coverage.

Just watch for yourself and be in awe:

That’s Malcolm Butler, by the way, who was a Super Bowl hero a few months ago but is having a really rough start to his follow up season. As for the pass and catch, it was a killer connection by Roethlisberger to Brown and Steelers fans will want to see more of that as the season matures.

Brown has now made memorable plays in the first week of the season two years running. Last year he karate kicked Cleveland Browns punter Spencer Lanning during a return, so at least this one didn’t involve any cleating of the opponent. Still, it might have hurt the Patriots more than the kick hurt Lanning.
