Aaron Rodgers first TD pass of season is to James Jones (Video)

The Green Bay Packers worried some fans after Jordy Nelson tore his ACL, but James Jones is here to turn back the clock.

When the Green Bay Packers lost Jordy Nelson for the season this year in the preseason, there was a lot of worry about what the wide receiver corps would look like. Things got interesting when James Jones was cut by the New York Giants and returned to the Packers, but most of the time those types of deals rarely work out.

But A-Rodg is a different breed of quarterback, and his chemistry with James Jones hasn’t lost any of its luster in the years that the receiver has been away from Green Bay.

For his first touchdown pass of the season, Rodgers hooked back up with James Jones, making everyone who took the receiver late in their fantasy drafts this year very happy people.

It’s yet to be seen how well Jones will work his way back into the Packers system, but so far so good. He has natural chemistry with Rodgers, and he’s already filling in nicely for Nelson and looks to move his way up the world chart this season if his production continues.
