The Chicago Bears are playing the Green Bay Packers in the opening game of the 2015 NFL season. They have been dealing with some injuries on the offensive side of the ball, particularly at wide receiver.
The good news for Bears fans and fantasy football players is that Alshon Jeffery will be active and will play. The bad news, at least for fantasy football owners, is that Jeffery will be on a possible pitch count according to FOX’s Jay Glazer.
All 3 bears top WRs active but only Alshon will be monitored for possible pitch count. Bills McCoy full go. Tre Mason deactivated

According to ESPN’s Bob Holtzman on a pregame show, Jeffery wasn’t running full speed in warmups. So if he plays you have to wonder how effective he will be and if it is worth playing him in fantasy leagues.
Jeffery has played when he is not 100 percent before, and been relatively effective. That is something to consider as well. Given the nagging injuries of every other receiver on the team, the Bears might not have the luxury of not relying on Jeffery.
