Pete Carroll ended last season with a questionable decision and started things the same way this season.

When the Seattle Seahawks lost the Super Bowl last year to the New England Patriots, it came on a play call that is still being trolled to this day. It’s one of those classic Super Bowl plays that will forever be engrained into the soul of the game, but it’s not the only bad decision Carroll has made.

The Seahawks coach started this season off an equally questionable decision that had everyone both mind boggled and also ready to troll the hell out of him for getting a little too cute.

After coming back against the Rams and forcing overtime with a late game surge, the Seahawks started overtime by kicking an onside kick to try and catch St. Louis off guard.

The Seahawks didn’t so much catch the Rams off guard as they did give their opponent the ball near midfield and with an excellent chance to score. Needless to say, fans were not tickled by this move that proved too clever to actually work.
