Travis Kelce of the Kansas City Chiefs is having quite the day. The emerging star tight end caught two passes in the first quarter and both went for touchdowns. On the second one, Kelce was wide open thanks to a blown coverage in the Houston Texans secondary, and showed his excitement with an epic celebration.

Kelce has been known to showboat throughout the first two years of his NFL career. Nobody will ever accuse Kelce of being on the quiet side, and this celebration is the ultimate example. This is the first quarter of a Week 1 game, and Kelce is going out of his mind. If you root for the Chiefs, you love Kelce. If you root for the other 31 teams, you have nothing but disdain for the 260-pound tight end.

Kelce is perhaps the most important part of the Kansas City offense despite the presence of Jamaal Charles and Jeremy Maclin He racked up 862 yards and five touchdowns last season, leading the Chiefs in both categories. With Maclin coming in on a five-year, $55 million deal, Kelce should be able to get more opportunities down the seam and across the middle with safeties having to respect Maclin’s speed.

Many believe that Kelce is poised to be one of the elite tight ends in the NFL this year alongside Rob Gronkowski and Jimmy Graham. Kelce has an incredible blend of size and speed, making him a tough matchup for both corners and linebackers.
