Rutgers HC Kyle Flood suspended for 3 games
Rutgers University has suspended head football coach Kyle Flood for the next three games after finding him in violation of school compliance rules, according to Graham Watson of Yahoo Sports. Flood has also been fined $50,000 for his actions.

Flood was told not to speak with faculty members about the academics of his players, but he did it anyway. Now the real question is why has Flood not been fired? It is not like this is the first problem Flood has endured while coaching in Piscataway, N.J.

Flood has been under plenty of fire throughout 2015. Flood endured Andre Boggs, Razohnn Gross, Ruhann Peele, Delon Stephenson and Nadir Barnwell being kicked off the team after they were arrested on different charges. Flood had this to say about the dismissals afterwards, according to the New York Times.
"“As the head coach, what you try to do, and with over 100 players on your team, is you try to bring people into their lives to help them make good decisions,” he said. “When something like this happens, as the figurehead father of the program, it just rips you apart inside.”"
Then, earlier this week, Leonte Carroo was arrested on charges of simple assault in a domestic violence situation, per Keith Sargeant of NJ.com. Sargeant also notes that this arrest is the seventh for a Rutgers football player since Sept. 2. To this point, all of the others have been kicked off the team.
Flood also came under heavy criticism in 2013 when it was alleged by former player Jevon Tyree that an assistant coach was verbally abusive. Tyree quit during his second season with the Scarlet Knights, citing both the abuse and that a coach threatened to head-butt him, according to the Associated Press.
