New Orleans Pelicans‘ superstar Anthony Davis dunked the sun in an incredible advertisement for Red Bull.

Red Bull always strives to put together some of the most jaw-dropping stunts and incredible advertisements. Through the use of insane visuals and top-production put in, the company is always on the cutting edge of marketing their brand to a mass audience.

Their latest advertisement features the next big thing in the NBA, Anthony Davis. The Pelicans’ big man was featured in an ad for the company where he would dunk the sun. While it wasn’t the actual sun, the use of the camera technology by Red Bull during their photo shoot had Davis follow the sun throughout the day as it moved toward the hoop to create the illusion that he was dunking the sun.

The stunning visuals from sunrise to sunset, and the intricate camera techniques used, make for one of the more aesthetically pleasing advertisements that will surely drum up interest for the Red Bull brand.

Anthony Davis is already one of the biggest stars in the NBA and he should continue to see a meteoric rise as he aims to become the best player in basketball and one of the best of all-time.

He might not be able to dunk a sun in the game, but he can dunk on the Phoenix Suns every time the two teams meet this season.
