The Kansas City Chiefs lost to the Denver Broncos in the most unbelievable way on Thursday night, so Chiefs fans are understandably not pleased
There are heartbreaking ways to lose a football game, and then there’s what happened to the Kansas City Chiefs on Thursday night. Taking on the division rival Denver Broncos, they were just trying to run the clock out late and take it to overtime all tied up at 24. That’s when disaster struck. Jamaal Charles fumbled, Bradley Roby picked it up and ran it into the end zone for the game-winning score. In the blink of an eye, all hope was lost.
Yes, again, there are heartbreaking losses, but that right there is just on a whole other level of disappointment. You can’t even imagine being a Chiefs fan right now.
But, the fact of the matter is that there are many Chiefs fans out there, and after this debacle that was Thursday night in Arrowhead, they had some reactions.
I can't do this the rest of my life. And this is how the Chiefs have always been since SBIV

Not all bad…
Chiefs might have dropped the ball tonight but I'be been a fan from day one, and will be forever. ❤️💛

That loss was more deflating to Chiefs fans than Patriots footballs.

Kind of over constantly getting punched in the face by the @chiefs

I like an intense game, but I like it more when 1) we WIN in that game and 2) it is not us who lose. Ugggghhhhhhhh. #Chiefs

@chiefs My heart hurts..💔

The fact that the Chiefs had complete control of the game with a +3 turnover margin before Charles blew it is absolutely insane to me

Way to football, Chiefs.

It’s only Week 2, Chiefs fans. Whatever consolation that may be.
