Gabrielle Union is not taking the Nebraska game very well

Gabrielle Union is trying to stay positive about Nebraska’s season — but they’re making things really hard on her. 

The Nebraska Cornhuskers are not a solid football team this season, and it’s something their fans are taking pretty hard. The post-Bo Pelini era hasn’t gotten off to a great start, and Mike Riley has dug himself a hole in his first three games of the season. Fans in Omaha aren’t taking the start of the season well, and Gabrielle Union is sadly one of those fans.

After going all in at the beginning of the season to let us know that she’s a Cornhuskers fan, but that has quickly turned into a depressing outpouring of emotion from the actress. Once again on Saturday, before the kickoff of the Nebraska-Miami game, Union took to Twitter to show her pride and support her team.

But once Miami hung 14 unanswered points, Union started requesting the Margaritas.

This isn’t the first game that Union has been at this season for the Cornhuskers. She attended the now infamous BYU game along with her husband Dwyane Wade — and that ended just as badly as the Miami game might end.

Union still as a winner on her list as Wade and the Heat are looking to be NBA Finals contenders this season, but as far as her college sports fandom goes, next year might be kinder than this year has been so far.
