San Francisco 49ers running back Carlos Hyde leaves game and heads to locker room.
Earlier in the San Francisco 49ers game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, running back Carlos Hyde exited the game. He would return, but not for long and left the game a second time later.
Unfortunately, the second injury forced him to leave the game and head back to the locker room.

The second injury was undisclosed. His first injury seemed to involve his leg, he could very well have reaggravated that injury. There were conflicting reports about which leg.

Hyde has proved to be a valuable player for the 49ers, surely they hope he’ll be back quickly.
