Miami Dolphins vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
Miami comes into a week two matchup with in-state foe Jacksonville after taking down a Washington Redskins team last week that seemed depleted. The Jaguars, on the other hand, were defeated by one of the toughest defenses in the league as the Carolina Panthers limited them to just nine points in a loss.

Keys to Victory
Miami Dolphins
For Miami, making sure Miller gets his touches out of the backfield is key. He only had 13 rush attempts for 53 yards last week and if he gets more touches, the chance for him to break one gets even greater. Tannehill will also need to be able to tuck and run with it when under pressure. He’s one of the more athletic quarterbacks in the league, so feeling the pocket collapse and still managing to pick up yardage will be key.
Jordan Cameron is a guy who will need to be involved in the pass game. The veteran tight end, along with Jarvis Landry, will need to show that the Dolphins have more than just an average offense. Expect Greg Jennings to get into the action a little more as well. As for the obvious one here: the run defense needs to step up better than it did against Alfred Morris.
Jacksonville Jaguars
Blake Bortles is facing a tough secondary in Miami which allowed under 200 passing yards to the Redskins’ new starter Kirk Cousins last week. The second-year quarterback has the potential to be a star in this league and a potential top-five QB and he needs to show that in order for the Jaguars to steal one here.
In terms of the run game, T.J. Yeldon and Denard Robinson will need to show everyone that they are a better combo than Alfred Morris and Matt Jones. Jacksonville will need to establish the run game against a suspect run defense in order to open up the passing game. Expect Yeldon to get a ton of carries early as he eases into an increased workload. His success is key.

Prediction
Tannehill will have a great game, passing for 250 yards and two scores while Jarvis Landry tries to escape the shadows of his college teammate, Odell Beckham Jr., with a huge performance. Landry finishes with 150 yards and a score. Lamar Miller will struggle again.
Jags’ rookie running back T.J. Yeldon will have his coming out game. He will finish with just over 100 yards on the day and add a touchdown while exposing the Dolphins’ sloppy run defense once again. However, Bortles will struggle against a tough secondary, making for a rough home loss in week two.
Final Score: Miami 30, Jacksonville 24
