We are through the first two weeks of the National Football League regular season, and the predictions made in August have gone completely out the window. Remember when the Philadelphia Eagles were an unstoppable juggernaut in the preseason? Now they are a raging dumpster fire that three different fire companies can’t quell.

Meanwhile, the New York Jets were the butt of every joke this offseason, culminating in starting quarterback Geno Smith being punched in the face and breaking his jaw, putting him out at least until October. New York has been riding the Ryan Fitzpatrick wave to a 2-0 start, with the defense causing a combined 10 turnovers over the first two games. New York is tied atop the AFC East with the New England Patriots, who dispatched the Pittsburgh Steelers and Buffalo Bills behind Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski.

Here are the 2015 NFL standings through the second week, with more analysis to follow:

At this point, are the Seattle Seahawks or Indianapolis Colts in more trouble? Judging from their respective divisions, it would be Seattle. However, if you are going off their play, the Colts are much worse. Seattle is a play or two away from being 2-0 despite the Kam Chancellor holdout. Indianapolis looks absolutely awful on both sides of the ball. The Colts can’t block to save Andrew luck in the least, there are coverage issues in the secondary, and the pass-rush is still being searched for. Additionally, there are rampant reports that head coach Chuck Pagano and general manager Ryan Grigson are at odds. This has the potential to be a disaster in Indianapolis, but the horrific division it plays in will probably bail it out.

In Week 3, the Seahawks will get healthy and hammer the Chicago Bears, while the Colts travel to take on Marcus Mariota and the Tennessee Titans.
